Meditate in May is a 4 week Online Meditation Experience guiding you to slow down, master mindfulness, create inner calm and feel happier! Sessions take place Online via Zoom - join from the comfort of your own home. Sessions take place on 13th May, 20th May, 27th May and 3 June from 7pm - 8pm. You'll be guided through 4 powerful Live Meditation Sessions and be experience a range a transformative breathing techniques and meditative tools that you can use everyday to bring more calm, clarity and peace into your life. Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable from the point of booking due to the costs associated with hiring spaces, materials sourced and planning undertaken. You must not attend if you have a Contraindication: *Sound baths are not suitable if you: - are pregnant - are intoxicated (drugs or alcohol) - have epilepsy - have a heart pacemaker or metal implant - suffer with serious or severe mental health conditions You must consult your doctor/health professional before booking.
