WHAT IS COACHING?

I first came across Life Coaching in 2015 when I was Googling for answers to my own life. Having experienced the magic of mindset work and personal development first hand myself, I trained to become a Coach to help other people create lives that they love.
In recent years, Life Coaching has become more widely recognised, but if you're new to Coaching and not sure what it is, I particularly like The International Coaching Federation (ICF) definition of Coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
I truly believe that we hold all of the answers within ourselves and that as your Coach, my role is to hold space for you, ask you the right questions, and guide you through techniques and exercises that will send you on a journey of exploration, self-discovery, healing and personal growth. As a Certified Life Coach with The Clique Academy, Meditation Teacher, NLP Practitioner and Professional Declutterer & Organiser, I have an extensive skillset which I draw on to tailor my coaching exclusively to you and your needs.
MY SIGNATURE PROGRAMME: INTENTIONAL
Intentional is my Signature 1:1 Coaching Programme that helps you to create and live your own version of an intentional life.
Intentional essentially means “done on purpose”, “conscious”, “deliberate”. An intentional life is one that you craft, create and consciously choose. When you live intentionally, you feel meaningful, fulfilled, self-aware and at peace. You feel connected to yourself, guided by your intuition, and confident as your true self. You break free from expectations, “shoulds”, and external validation. You let go of things that don’t serve you and live in alignment with your priorities, values and what you truly desire.
My 1:1 Coaching helps you to get crystal clear about what you want, transform your mindset, become deeply self-connected, and take aligned action, so that you can create, live and and love your own version of an intentional life. It is centred around the principles of self-connection, clarity, mindset, mindfulness, decluttering your home, mind and life, and living intentionally.
During the programme, you may choose to focus on a particular area or explore a variety of areas. We'll focus on whatever it is that you want to transform; the session agenda always belongs to you.
It will take you from feeling disconnected, burnt out, stressed, stuck, lost, lacking clarity and purpose, and being consumed by a negative mindset and limiting beliefs, to being intentional, and feeling calm, clear, inner peace, self-connected, motivated, loving towards yourself, being confident about your goals, priorities and boundaries, and excited about your life.
