I first ran this Group Coaching Programme as "6 Days of Self Connection" in April 2022 and it was truly magical. After receiving such amazing feedback from the women who participated, I just had to run it again. Except this time, it is bigger and better than before!

What is Step Into Self Connection?

Step Into Self Connection is a 5 Week Group Coaching Programme for Women that takes place online and runs from Tuesday 21 February to Thursday 24 March. Each week we delve into a different topic/element, such as breath, mind, body, voice, intuition/gut, and sense of self. We reconnect, reclaim, heal, transform, and reignite our power in each of these important parts of ourselves. 

 

In the Live Online Group Coaching Calls, you'll be guided through powerful, healing exercises, and tools and techniques (such as mindfulness, meditation, NLP techniques, etc.). There will also be an opportunity to be coached live in the group setting (optional), as well as time for discussion and Q&A. You will continue the "work" and your journey in between the Live Calls (as much or little as you wish), using the Weekly Workbooks and downloadable Meditation Recordings (which you can use and keep forever).

The format of Step Into Self Connection​​

• There are 5 Live Online Group Coaching Sessions that take place over 5 weeks (1 session per week) on Tuesday evenings at 7.45pm - 8.45pm UK Time.

• There is one BONUS CELEBRATION CALL (in addition to the 5 above) that will take place on Thursday 23 March 7.45pm - 8.45pm.

• Recordings will be made available, so you can catch up if you can't attend live or you want to do the programme at your own pace.

• Each Live Session will last up to 1 hour and will be hosted online on Zoom (or similar).
