YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE SESSION WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS BOOKING FORM DUE TO HEALTH & SAFETY. SOUND BATHS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR EVERYONE: *Sound baths are not suitable if you: - are pregnant - are intoxicated (drugs or alcohol) - have epilepsy - have a heart pacemaker - have any kind of metal implant - suffer with serious or severe mental health conditions YOU MUST NOT ATTEND IF YOU HAVE ANY CONDTRAINDICATIONS. ALWAYS CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL BEFORE BOOKING. The session details are as follows: Connect with your Inner Calm and Confidence Sound Bath Session at Womanifest Festival on Saturday 15th July. The session will be held in the Spirituality Tent at 10:15am. The venue is: Womanifest Festival, Cheshire Glamping - Lady Heyes Park, Cheshire, WA6 6SU. This Chakra Balancing Sound Bath will help you to release stagnant energy, rebalance your chakras, and come back to your inner calm and confidence. You'll leave this Sound Meditation session feeling clear, calm, deeply relaxed and ready to make the most of Womanifest! The instruments used in sessions vary and could include Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan-style Bowls, Chimes, Bells, etc. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket or cushion to sit/lay on. Bring blankets/sleeping bag to wrap yourself in for warmth/extra cosiness and any appropriate props to help yourself get comfortable. It is advisable to wear comfy/loose clothing. (Comfort is key!) Laura Pearson is solely delivering a session at Womanifest and is not responsible for the event or any aspect of the event.
