You will learn the fundamentals of Meditation; including how to meditate, the benefits of meditation and how to get the most from your meditation practice. More importantly, you'll be guided through 5 powerful Live Meditation Sessions and be taught a range a transformative breathing techniques and mindfulness tools that you can use everyday to bring more calm, clarity and peace into your life. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get support to start or deepen your practice and will receive two Downloadable Meditations that you can keep and use forever. Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable from the point of booking due to the costs associated with hiring spaces, materials sourced and planning undertaken.
