Cosy Candlelit Winter Sound Bath (and little gift to extend the cosy vibes) Wednesday 17th January 8pm-8.50pm Venue: Millennium Hall Community Centre, Neapsands Close, Fulwood, Preston, UK, PR2 9AQ At this Cosy Candlelit Winter Sound Bath, you'll be guided to relax your body, calm your mind, and get warm and cosy, as the healing frequency of Crystal Singing Bowls soothe your mind, body and entire nervous symptom. (Bliss!) What is a Sound Bath? A Sound Bath is a form of meditation. During a sound bath, you will lay down, close your eyes and simply “bathe” in the relaxing, healing sound of Crystal Singing Bowls. Please arrive promptly at 7:55pm to give us time to settle in before the session officially starts. The doors will be closed to maintain a relaxing, undisturbed space for attendees. Late arrivals are not permitted. Doors are locked at 8pm. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket or cushion to sit/lay on. These are not provided at the venue. Bring blankets/sleeping bag to wrap yourself in for warmth/extra cosiness and any appropriate props to help yourself get comfortable. It is advisable to wear comfy/loose clothing. (Comfort is key!) What do you need? You will need to bring: - Yoga mat/something to lay on - Blankets and cushions/pillow to get comfortable, warm and cosy - Any props you need for your own comfort - Dress in warm, comfy, cosy clothing - Bottle of water/drink Booking online is essential in order to manage capacity and payment. No walk ins. Free car parking is available. PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE, due to costs associated with running classes; room hire, etc. By booking, you confirm you accept the Terms and Conditions linked on the booking form. Your booking is non-refundable and non-transferable from the point of booking due to the costs associated with hiring spaces, materials sourced and planning undertaken. You must be 18 years old or over to attend a session. You must only book for yourself due to Health & Safety. You must not attend if you have a Contraindication: *Sound baths are not suitable if you: - are pregnant - are intoxicated (drugs or alcohol) - have epilepsy - have a heart pacemaker or metal implant - suffer with serious or severe mental health conditions You must consult your doctor/health professional before booking.
