Personalised Meditation Service

Meditation is a personal practice that can be used for anything and everything. Sometimes meditations that you find online, in apps or memberships, just don't fit the bill for what you personally need or would most benefit from. That's where Laura's Personalised Meditation Service comes in!

Laura will create a bespoke meditation that is entirely personalised to you for you to keep and use forever.

​

You get to choose the theme, topic and any key elements or details that you want to be included in your personalised meditation, as well as the energy that you want the meditation to embody.

​

From healing, to relaxing, to releasing, to manifesting, to visualising, to achieving your goal or changing a habit, your personalised meditation will be a powerful self-care resource and gift that you can listen to whenever, wherever and however you want.

Your personalised meditation will be between 10 - 20 minutes in length. (Longer lengths can be accommodated for an additional charge, however you must contact Laura to discuss this before purchasing).

The Personalised Meditation Service is £99 and includes:

• Consultation: Via a Google Form that you will complete and, if needed, a 15 minute Consultation Call with Laura to discuss the meditation (over GoogleMeet/Zoom or similar).

• Laura channelling, creating and writing your meditation.

• The recording and editing of your meditation.

• Adding background music (if you want it).

• Sending your personalised meditation to you via email as an MP3 Download.

The process and how it works:

• Purchase the Personalised Meditation Service by clicking on the button below. 

• On purchasing, you will receive a link to download a digital file. In the digital file, you will find instructions and a link to a Google Form.

• Complete the Google Form and input as much detail as possible.

• Laura will be in touch once she has reviewed your Google Form submission to arrange a Consultation Call (if needed).

• Laura will create, write, record, edit, add music (if applicable), and send you your Personalised Meditation by email.

• You download, listen to and enjoy your Meditation!
