We can all benefit from setting aside some time to connect within, to explore self-connection, and to reconnect with ourselves.

In the busyness of day-to-day life, whilst juggling never-ending To-Do Lists, careers, and a variety of roles and responsibilities, we often neglect to make time for us, for our self-care, and for our self-connection.

Everything starts with self-connection and the relationship that you have with yourself. By coming back to ourselves and carving out time for us, we take the first steps to living more intentionally; with calm, clarity, contentment (and self-connection!)

This is why I created my Group Coaching Programme: 6 Days of Self-Connection.

6 Days of Self Connection will support you to deepen your self-connection, connect within to your intuition and true self, prioritise you-time and self-care, become more mindful and kind towards yourself, and reset your mind and energy.

What’s included?

  • 6 x Live Sessions (including time for Q&A)

  • Recordings of the Live Sessions (available for 1 week after the course)

  • Welcome Pack (and Reflective Journal) - Available as a PDF Download


The format

  • There will be 6 Live Sessions that take place over 6 weeks (1 session per week).

  • The Live Sessions will start at 7:30pm UK Time.

  • Each Live Session will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour and will be hosted online on Zoom (or similar).
     

This is for you if you:

  • Feel disconnected or distant from yourself, stressed and burnt out, or too busy to connect within to yourself or do something for your self-care

  • Are not sure how you feel about your relationship or connection with yourself – perhaps you feel somewhere in the middle between connected or disconnected

  • Already feel self-connected or feel that you have a good relationship with yourself, but would like to revisit, practice or deepen this

  • Want to carve out some time to practise self-connection or explore it some more in a safe, relaxed, guided space

  • Would like to cultivate a stronger sense of self-connection

  • Feel called to up-level your self-connection and self-care, and learn practices that you can take away, explore and use in your own life

  • Would benefit from setting aside some you-time

  • Explore the connection you have with yourself and the relationship you have with yourself

  • Reconnect with yourself; with your intuition, with your heart, with your most authentic or true self

  • Welcome some calm, mindfulness, self-care and self-connection into your life or up-level and deepen in these areas

  • Feel happier, calmer, more loving, compassionate, and kind towards yourself

  • Carve out some time for you, your self-care and self-connection

  • Try out or practice some self-connection practices (like meditation, journalising and visualisation) and be guided through them

  • Do all of the above in a manageable way that fits easily around your life (within 1 week)
